INTRODUCTION TO ESSENTIAL OILS CLASS!

Essential oils are the simplest way to make your home smell wonderful all year round! It doesn’t take long to learn how to use the oils – the only part that tends to take time is choosing which one to use. They all smell so wonderful you will be hard-pushed to make the decision.

There are a few ground rules before starting this sybaritic adventure!

Firstly, I will introduce you to Essential Oils that are BEYOND ORGANIC – you can’t get better!

Basically, true essential oils are purely natural. The essence of a plant’s perfume, they are obtained from the leaves, petals, bark, and seeds of the plant or fruit from which they are derived. True oils will vary greatly in price depending on the oil you choose, so if all the oils are around the same price or if you’re offered rose or neroli oil very cheaply then you can be sure it’s not the real thing.

Secondly, you should be aware that although aromatherapy is a wonderful healing art, essential oils are powerful substances which should be used with great respect.

There are many ways of using essential oils, they are used extensively for emotions and for spiritual support.

Oil in a diffuser can soothe a child’s tough day at school and provide a calming effect when you’ve had a stressful day too! Oils can be used as an alternative to toxic cleaning products in the home. You can literally start swapping out every single chemical cleaning toxin in your home to live a purer lifestyle!
